HISTORY

Twin Lakes Fairfield

Developed in October 1977, Twin Lakes is a well-established community located within the City of Fairfield. The property includes 129 dwelling units, along with private streets, driveways, sidewalks, landscaped areas, and a community pool with pool house.

Early in its career, Towne constructed Cincinnati's very first condominium - the Celestial Street Townhouses in Mt. Adams.

Since then, Towne has produced a distinguished list of award-winning condominium developments...all with premier locations,

superb designs and an attention to detail and workmanship rare in today's marketplace.

Among these are Twin Lakes and Quail Meadows at Wildwood in Fairfield, the region's first condos on a golf course.

"I have been told that when Twin Lakes first opened up people came from all over the country to see it.

One visitor told a long term resident that it looked like a resort."

What is a Homeowners’ Association?

Homeowners’ Association (HOA) is a nonprofit corporation whose members are the individual property owners within the community.

When a person purchases a dwelling unit in Twin Lakes, they automatically become a member of the Association.

Membership includes both rights and responsibilities including participation in community affairs and voting on matters that require homeowner approval. These votes typically occur at the annual meeting or through written ballots.

Note! Twin Lakes is legally organized as an Ohio Planned Community, not a condominium association.
